Vintage Italian Octopus Fisherman Vase Signed Giovanni DeSimone 1960's EUC

Original and signed vase by the Italian Potter Giovanni DeSimone. It depicts a fisherman catching an octopus. This hand painted piece is unusual in that it has both the signature on the bottom and also a signature on the decorative side of the vase. This indicates that it is authentic by Giovanni DeSimone himself. The DeSimone ceramics studio began in the 1960s.
